More Than Words (MTW) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director of Evaluation to champion the organization's model and drive data-informed decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of program evaluation, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate cyclical meetings with MTW departments to review progress toward goals and make meaning of data.
- Analyze MTW's data to identify trends and patterns, and present actionable information to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement evaluation plans to inform programming strategy and drive organizational learning.
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to identify evaluation questions and design data collection methods.
- Present evaluation results to various stakeholders, including staff, leadership, and external partners.
- 2-5 years of experience implementing program evaluation in a non-profit setting.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with applying evaluation, research methods, or statistics in a business or non-profit setting.
- Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience administering Customer Relationship Management platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- Intermediate experience with data analysis or business intelligence programs (Power BI strongly preferred; Tableau, SAP, or other platforms acceptable).
