Marine Fabricator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Fabricator to join our team at City Experiences.

This position involves leading welding activities for structure, equipment, and other furnishings on commercial vessels under supervision. You will read blueprints and drawings, take measurements, and plan layouts and procedures.

You will determine the appropriate equipment or methods based on requirements and select and follow the appropriate welding procedure for the task. Your responsibilities will include carrying out nondestructive weld inspections, setting up components for welding, operating angle grinders, and welding various metals.

You must be able to work in confined spaces, aloft from heights, and maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety. Attention to detail is crucial as you will perform all tasks in compliance with regulatory agency standards.

• 1+ years' experience operating as a commercial welder, marine experience preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass internal welding tests.
• Experience working with aluminum preferred.
• Current and valid certification a plus.
