Job Title: Collection Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Collection Specialist to join our team at Eminent LLC. As a key member of our accounts receivable team, you will be responsible for sending invoices, managing customer accounts, and executing collections activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Send all invoices related to assigned accounts
  • Send monthly account statements to keep customers informed
  • Execute daily collections activities on assigned accounts
  • Register daily collection results in the Interactive system
  • Maintain open communication with supervisor and customer service representative
  • Gather supporting documentation for invoice rejections
  • Follow up on pending issues affecting collection and dispute resolution
  • Complete collection projection tool

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Collection or logistics
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work in fast-paced office setting
  • Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, on-site work
