We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Lead to join our team at Lufthansa Technik Puerto Rico LLC.
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading operational and disciplinary staff assigned to the aircraft maintenance project. Your main tasks will include ensuring progress is made in line with the project plan and given targets.
The ideal candidate will possess high levels of technical knowledge of aircrafts, with high exposure to base maintenance. Experience in Airbus or equivalent is highly desirable.
A relevant qualification such as a High School Diploma and Diploma as Aircraft Mechanic (preferred) is required. Additionally, holding Level 2 approval for at least 2 years (or equivalent) and possessing a valid A&P license or repairman certificate for the discipline to be supervising (required) or equivalent are essential.
In terms of experience, we require a minimum of 3 years of applicable aircraft heavy maintenance experience. Fluency in English language is also necessary, as well as possession of a legal work permit in the country of employment.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

Job Description- Lead operationally and disciplinary assigned staff and ensure progress is made on the aircraft in line with the project plan and given targets.
- Supervise all aspects of the project and staff performing aircraft maintenance, ensuring all work is scheduled and performed with quality in a productive, safe, and efficient manner.
- Hire, discipline, transfer, promote, terminate, provide counseling, recognize, or any other personnel action, to employees assigned.
- Assure that aircraft maintenance personnel in his/her bay are properly trained and practice proper handling of parts during the accomplishment of maintenance to maintain adequate preservation of parts during the maintenance process.
- High School Diploma and Diploma as Aircraft Mechanic (preferred)
- Hold Level 2 approval for at least 2 years (or equivalent)
- A&P license (desired) or repairman certificate for the discipline to be supervising (required) or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable aircraft heavy maintenance experience required
