Key Responsibilities- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to fully understand the scope of work
- Complete accurate takeoffs for Civil, Architectural, and Structural components using OnScreen Takeoff, Excel, and Sage Estimating software
- Request material and/or labor pricing from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, maintaining a professional relationship and answering questions about project scope
- Maintain a comparative analysis of scope, quantities, and cost data between quotes received to identify potential gaps and discrepancies
