Project Manager Job Description

Planet Interactive is seeking a skilled Project Manager to collaborate with our Digital team on a variety of projects, including websites, emails, banner ads, and apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as functional requirements, to ensure accurate digital submissions.
  • Foster timely and accurate communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Set up and manage digital asset routes within our project management system.
  • Schedule team meetings, capture notes, and distribute recaps with action items.
  • Coordinate resources with team leads and assist with billing.
  • Track time on a daily basis and report to the client's Ad Agency Digital Account Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, presentation, and written.
  • High energy, positive, and organized individual with experience managing high-volume project scope in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and focus on both big-picture and small details.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience managing digital projects, including Veemail, SFMC, AEM Websites, Banner Ads, and iRep.
  • Maintain knowledge of client guidelines, including promotional material development and corporate compliance.
  • Understanding of HTML development, SEO measurement, and digital metrics.
  • Intimate understanding of the Agency Workflow Process.
