Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated individual with previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role. As a Customer Service Provider, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with a similar company profile
  • A valid Good Conduct Certificate
  • Complete availability for work, including flexible scheduling as needed
  • Bilingual proficiency in English
