Job Title: Custodian
Sbm Management Services is seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting.
- Perform surface care, including dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies.
- Empty trash and recycle bins, and transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas.
- Replace light bulbs, and restock supply cabinet/room.
