About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team at Sutter Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
  • Ensure aseptic technique and maintain a clean and safe operating room environment
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in surgical services
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records

  • Competitive hourly rate: $44.77 - $57.81
  • Part-time schedule with variable hours
  • Every other weekend rotation
