We're looking for a skilled Shift Leader to join our team at Panera Brands. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in motivating and guiding our team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll work closely with our General Manager to set the tone and morale of the team, providing feedback and coaching when needed. Your ability to lead by example and empower others will be crucial in driving success.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive team performance and guest satisfaction
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them grow and develop
• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served, and maintain a safe and clean store environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
