We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nursing personnel in providing quality care to patients in the operating room.
- Perform duties and responsibilities of a scrub person under the direction of a registered professional nurse.
- Assist in obtaining supplies, equipment, and opening of operating and other rooms as necessary.
- Break down setup and prepare instruments for sterilization.
- Help transfer patients to the recovery room and clean and restock the operating room.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
- 1+ years of experience as a Scrub Tech in a Hospital Setting.
