At Jobleads-Us, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive network strategies to optimize the global manufacturing and supply chain network for vaccine operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute robust, forward-looking network strategies to enhance global manufacturing and supply chain efficiency for vaccine operations.
- Support the Product Operations Team to align these strategies with Takeda's long-term goals for Dengue vaccine supply, ensuring scalability, resilience, and adaptability to meet future demands and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market intelligence, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements into the strategic planning process, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Define strategic planning directions to be tested through the strategic planning tool, driving associated COGs understanding.
- Function as the key point of contact for the Product Operations Team to support Qdenga strategy development, implementation, and execution in alignment with the cross-functional governance model.
- B.S. degree in Technical Discipline; higher qualifications preferred (MBA, or related business degree).
- 10+ years relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading business critical initiatives within a matrix organization.
- Significant experience in managing cross-functional, global teams with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong technical operations experience and understanding of diverse technologies from DS to final Pack (including analytical), combined with strong business acumen.
- Experience in developing and/or evaluating projects/technologies/partnerships - considering technical and business relevant aspects.
- Experience with tech transfer partnership development.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skill; ability to work across senior leadership teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with project portfolio management.
- Competitive salary range: $149,100.00 - $234,300.00.
- U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
- U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
- U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
