Job Summary

We're seeking a Client Service Representative to join our growing team. As the face of our clinic, you'll welcome clients and patients with compassion and a smile. Your role will involve answering phones, managing appointment bookings, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and clients
  • Manage appointment bookings and requests through various communication tools
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area
  • Update patient records from previous or specialty clinics
  • Check out clients and receive payment after appointments
  • Help out wherever requested by your team lead
