**Job Overview**

Pms is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Condominium Administration Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in various daily tasks related to condominium operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in daily condominium law tasks.
  • Supervise suppliers and perform other related tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in related areas.
  • Excellent communication, orthography, and redaction skills in Spanish and English.
  • Very organized and able to maintain good relationships with people.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 8am or 9am, with 20 hours per week.
