Job Summary:

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues. As a Customer Care Ambassador, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues promptly, and promoting hotel services.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service, tourism, or hospitality preferred
  • Valid work authorization for Puerto Rico
  • Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Record)
  • Social Security Number and government-issued ID or passport
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
