About the Role

CFC, a leading general contractor and construction manager, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to time and budget requirements
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and collaborating with engineers, architects, and vendors
  • Develop and implement project safety and environmental programs
  • Establish and maintain project reporting procedures
  • Ensure timely project completion through effective project scheduling, timely delivery of materials, and efficient management of material and document submittals/approvals
  • Negotiate and issue subcontracts and major purchase orders, monitoring their progress
  • Prepare and issue monthly owner progress reports, schedules, and cost reports
  • Develop and implement insurance compliance with site-specific quality control and safety plans
  • Chair and record project meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of construction-related experience in a similar capacity
  • Ground-up multifamily experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of building and construction trades
