Sterilization Expert

This role involves delivering high-quality Sterilization services in support of various projects. You will be responsible for analyzing chemical, biological, or microbiological products, raw materials, in-process materials, and releases test samples or stability samples as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Science (preferably Microbiology or Biology) and experience within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry. Bilingualism in Spanish and English is also highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and technical writing abilities.

• Analyze chemical, biological, or microbiological products, raw materials, in-process materials, and releases test samples or stability samples as needed.
• Prepare, clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments, materials, products, and supplies according to established protocols and regulations.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning, storing, and delivering products, supplies, and/or instruments.
• Interpret and evaluate analyses regarding accuracy and precision compared against established specifications and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop, validate, and implement controlled environment methods.
• Apply existing techniques and procedures with recommendations for modification to improve efficiency or device performance.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. However, please note that actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and individual qualifications.
