We are seeking skilled culinary professionals to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a member of our cooking team, you will play a crucial role in preparing and delivering high-quality culinary creations to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries as needed.
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen or culinary environment.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
    • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy objects.
    • Culinary degree or certification (preferred but not required).
    • Food handler's certification (required).
