We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team at Talmo & Associates Inc. in El Segundo, CA.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup, receiving and processing orders, operating a forklift, loading, packing, wrapping, and labeling shipments, communicating and cooperating with dispatchers and managers, and following service standards and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup
  • Receive and process orders
  • Operate a forklift
  • Load, pack, wrap, and label shipments
  • Communicate and cooperate with dispatchers and managers
  • Follow service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
  • Forklift certified - sit down
  • Fluent in English, able to communicate, read, write, and comprehend due to documents and labels
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Reliable transportation

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19 to $21, a Sunday through Thursday schedule, and a reliable transportation option.
