Aircraft Warranty Supervisor

Job Summary
NetJets seeks a skilled Aircraft Warranty Supervisor to oversee warranty-related claims and audits for assigned fleets. As a key member of the maintenance team, this role will work closely with vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments to resolve disputes and recover claims.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Audit and approve maintenance-related invoices to identify recoverable charges from vendors, manufacturers, and service agreements.
  
• Supervise a team of Maintenance Cost Auditors and/or Data Entry Clerks to ensure work is performed efficiently and effectively.
  
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal departments to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
  
• Coordinate activities with other internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and service providers to resolve disputes and recover claims.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  
• 6-8 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, warranty claims, or a related field.
  
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
  
• Strong working knowledge of aircraft maintenance, aviation, and contractual language.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
