Marketing Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help manage and develop current marketing processes, take sales phone calls, and support the marketing team at Rpm Physical Therapy in The Woodlands, Tx. Our clinic is a fast-growing Manual Therapy clinic that offers a unique approach to patient-centered care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the marketing department, documenting and executing marketing strategies, and working with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the marketing department
• Document and execute marketing strategies
• Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Write and create industry-specific blogs (Physical Therapy/Health and Wellness)
• Create reports on marketing performance
• Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
• Assist with social media and website content when necessary
• Organize and manage marketing collateral
• Track ROI on marketing materials

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and social abilities
• Ability to spot emerging trends
• Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing, and search engines
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
• Experience with Infusionsoft or other CRM - Required

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED certificate
• 1-3 years experience in marketing or equivalent education
• Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field a plus
