Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Eligibility Expert to join our team at Heartland Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with federal grant regulations, maintaining accurate records, and performing thorough audits of project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of project documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal grant regulations
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Perform eligibility reviews for match payments
• Provide assistance in review and recommendation processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Two years of experience in grant program auditing
• Familiarity with Public Assistance, CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, ARP-A, or Infrastructure Bill projects
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)
• Must be currently residing and working in Puerto Rico
