Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including construction, operations, and quality assurance teams
  • Coordinate and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and quality metrics
Requirements
  • 1 year's experience in project or construction management, operations, or operations management
  • Cross-functional project management experience
  • Associates: Construction Management
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000.00-$130,000.00, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation includes stock and other benefits. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
