This is a critical role central to our growth strategy, and the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties involving all aspects of candidate management, sourcing, and screening (interviewing).

A successful Talent Associate will be able to see what needs to be done and get it done, demanding huge attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of how to fill their day when not 'told what to do' while looking to grow their skill set.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Posting job opportunities in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media, colleges, and technology-specific networking groups, ensuring OFCCP compliance;
• Managing the voluminous amounts of candidates through our various platforms;
• Ensuring a tremendous and high-touch experience for our candidates;
• Sourcing candidates from various platforms;
• Recruit, screen, interview, and recommend placement of candidates for professional, technical, and managerial positions from both internal and external sources;
• Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and HR Director on the recruiting process and pending needs.

Our ideal candidate must be eager to own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to final offers. They should have 3+ years of recruiting experience, be fully bilingual (English and Spanish), and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We value strong customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. The ability to demonstrate independent thinking and decision-making abilities, results-oriented mindset, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
