As a key member of our team, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Key responsibilities include:

Financial Management

Review and verify financial transactions, including bills, deposits, and receipts

Maintain accurate records of petty cash payments and prepare food claim reports

Collaborate with the Educational Director to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Attention to Detail

Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in financial transactions

Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including the Educational Director and other staff members
