Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Ringfence Project, working closely with the US Finance Data Integrity & Reporting group. The ideal candidate will have excellent project planning, leadership, and communication skills, with a strong ability to bring multiple stakeholders in sync and move the project forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project requirements and scope
  • Develop and manage Project Plan
  • Coordinate and support cross-departmental resources and schedules
  • Facilitate regular project team meetings with progress recaps and next steps
  • Ability to adapt and implement procedures to handle project scope changes
  • Coordinate with QA to review application deliverables at specified checkpoints
  • Develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of project
  • Draft communications to the end-user community, both internal and external
  • Conduct periodic project quality review in accordance with established standards

Requirements:

  • 5 years Project Management experience
  • Experience with project estimation, modeling, and programming techniques
  • Knowledge of current business applications function and usage
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Experience in a Shared Service environment a plus
  • Minimum bachelor's or technical degree
  • Proficiency in Google Big Query, SQL, Microstrategy, and Microsoft Suite
