Job Description: As a Civil Project Coordinator at Aireko, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial civil construction team. Your primary responsibilities will include generating and managing detailed estimates, leading the bidding process, and maintaining a professional relationship with suppliers and vendors. You will also perform independent market analysis, conduct detailed quantity take-offs, and utilize software tools such as Sage Estimating and Excell. Additionally, you will analyze productivity for labor and equipment, propose contingency, escalation, and reconciliations, and review project specifications and drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Drafting Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating for general construction, specifically within the commercial sector.
  • Proficiency in using complex estimating, pricing models, and cost management tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction documents, blueprint reading, specifications MasterFormat and their application to estimating.
  • Familiarity with construction software, including OST, Procore, Primavera, Sage.
