About This Role
At Northshore, we are committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care. We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist II to join our team. As a CT Technologist II, you will play a critical role in performing CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury.
Key Responsibilities
"Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort."
"Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner."
"Review CT's to ensure optimum quality."
Requirements
- License: IEMA license and ARRT Registered required
- Education: Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program
- Certification: CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required
- Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience - at least 5 years preferred
