Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing RF/Microwave and Antenna systems. Your expertise in AESA test and integration will be crucial in ensuring the success of our advanced Airborne Radar systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF/Microwave and Antenna systems for various applications
  • Test and validate AESA systems to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and validate RF/Microwave and Antenna systems
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure quality and reliability of AESA systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RF/Microwave and Antenna systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RF/Microwave and Antenna test and integration
  • Experience with AESA test and integration
  • Strong understanding of RF/Microwave and Antenna systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with MATLAB
  • Knowledge of Antenna calibration techniques
  • Working understanding of architecture, design, and integration processes for Airborne Radar Test Development

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $179,000, depending on experience.
