Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas. This includes delivering linens and supplies, responding to guest requests, and performing deep cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver linens and supplies to rooms and public areas
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including laundry and housekeeping duties
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of floor closets and corridors
  • Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical abilities
  • Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility
