Job Title: Director of Corporate Communications and Alumni Programs

At L.E.K. Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Communications and Alumni Programs to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating and driving an integrated communications strategy and program that engages, aligns, and inspires all corporate stakeholders, including recruits, employees, alumni, and external corporate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of internal communications programs, including employee messaging, announcements, and updates.
  • Manage the L.E.K. Network web pages for alumni and staff, and coordinate programming for alumni, including webinars, mentor/mentee programs, panel discussions, reunions, and cocktail parties.
  • Partner with the People team to drive programs focused on communications and brand-building initiatives, and support career services initiatives across the firm as needed.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams on PR related to our services or thought leadership, and work with the Content CoE on the external promotion of firmwide thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with clear progression in roles and responsibility, including previous experience managing a team.
  • 3+ years of previous experience in a consulting firm or other professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically about business needs, and to translate business strategies into comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to produce high-quality content across a variety of formats.
  • Highly organized, mindful of deadlines, able to multi-task and work under limited supervision.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $160,000 - $190,000 (USD), depending on experience and skill level.
