Job Overview

We are seeking a Cleaning and Sanitation Professional to join our team. As a member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, including guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Routine cleaning tasks (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing) to ensure our facilities remain clean and sanitized
  • Making beds and changing linens to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests
  • Handling laundry (washing, folding, organizing) to keep our facilities well-stocked and organized
  • Restocking supplies to ensure our properties are fully equipped
  • Maintaining inventory and reporting any maintenance issues that may arise
  • FOLLOWING SAFETY PROTOCOLS to protect ourselves and our guests
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas (pool, courtyard, entrance) to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field is an asset
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (Preferred but not required)
  • Have reliable transportation
