Cis International Llc is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Change Control to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of change control procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing project schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing cost estimates, bids, and change orders
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinating with construction and C&Q contractors to deliver project deliverables

**Education and Experience**

Applicants must possess a Bachelor degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in change control management, or a Master degree with 3 years of experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with manufacturing to develop user requirements for AML6 capital projects
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
