Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee files.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, processing new hire paperwork, and conducting background checks.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, disability insurance, and retirement plans.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel information, salary, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing employee concerns, and providing support to employees.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and answering phones.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
