• Post job opportunities in various platforms, ensuring compliance with OFCCP regulations
• Manage candidate pipelines through different systems
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates from diverse platforms
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
• Develop outreach efforts to support affirmative action goals
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Build a network of candidates and establish relationships with key stakeholders

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Proficient in using web-based applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
