About the Role:

Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a skilled Merchandise Planning Analyst to join our team.

This is a results-driven opportunity to utilize data analysis, strategic thinking, and financial agility to optimize category merchandising performance, maximize sales, and contribute to the overall success of merchandise strategies and achievement of KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze historical performance to inform future action and strategies
  • Develop an understanding of key performance metrics, such as gross demand, gross margin profit, and inventory productivity
  • Provide analytical support to the Merchandise Planning team, contributing to effective decision-making and the overall success of merchandise planning strategies
  • Track and evaluate the financial performance of merchandise categories against established KPIs
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within merchandise planning

About You:

We're looking for a collaborative, kind, and passionate individual who is committed to fostering an inclusive environment and empowered to learn, grow, and bring their full self to work.

Requirements include:

  • 0-2 years' experience, including internships and co-ops
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfortable with reporting tools
  • Effective communicator with a love for collaboration and adaptability
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
