We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our team at Aarete. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for driving projects to success and helping to manage a team. Your analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit will be key in identifying innovative solutions and crafting compelling business cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and lead teams to successful outcomes through comprehensive research, data analytics, and insightful interviews
  • Craft compelling business cases to showcase viable solutions
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor and guide Analysts and Consultants to foster growth and success

Requirements include 2+ years of experience with the healthcare industry, specifically on the payer side, and 4+ years of consulting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL for data analysis is also required. Direct client interaction, including possible travel to client location, is a must.
