We are a leading logistics company based in the Guaynabo area, seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international shipments, optimizing transit times, and ensuring seamless logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) shipments
• Coordination of multimodal logistics, including transshipments and intermediate storage
• Planning and optimization of routes and rates with shipping companies and freight forwarders
• Management of customs documentation and specific requirements of each country

Requirements:

• Previous experience supervising staff
• Availability for immediate start
• High School Diploma
• Full Bilingual
