Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at Geosyntec Consultants. As a key member of our Geostructural and Construction Engineering practice, you will apply your engineering expertise to projects involving site characterization, foundations, earth retaining structures, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct geotechnical field investigations and evaluate laboratory and field test data
  • Monitor heavy civil construction projects and perform engineering calculations
  • Develop and manage instrumentation monitoring systems and prepare technical reports
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality consulting services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (required)
  • At least 5 years of related experience (required)
  • Strong fundamentals in geotechnical engineering theory and practice (required)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (required)
