We're seeking an experienced Technical Validation Specialist to join our team at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC. This individual will be responsible for investigating Non-conformances and CAPAs related to process, product, and facility performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Investigate root causes of Non-conformances and CAPAs to implement effective solutions.
- Develop and execute Validation Plans, IQ/OQ Protocols, and IQ/OQ Reports to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure seamless equipment installation and repair to maintain continuous production flow.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in Validation activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Maximo software.
