Responsibilities:
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to our hotel's standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation.
• Support bartenders during service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
• Restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and other supplies throughout your shift, maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.
• Ensure bartenders have everything they need to efficiently serve customers, including necessary equipment and supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down counters, cleaning glassware, and emptying trash bins.
• Responsible for cleaning spills and ensuring the bar is presentable at all times, adhering to our high standards of quality and service.
• Transport supplies to the bar set-up area, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
• Assist bartenders during busy periods by fetching ingredients, preparing garnishes, and helping to serve drinks, providing exceptional service to our guests.
• Ensure bar equipment, such as blenders, ice machines, and glassware, are clean and in working order, adhering to our health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs, ensuring our guests have a seamless experience.
• Secure liquor, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
• Complete closing duties, ensuring the bar is prepared for the next shift and our guests have a positive experience.
• Prepare a daily purchasing list to maintain a healthy inventory level as directed by your supervisor, ensuring we meet our guests' demands.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your supervisor, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals, listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, providing exceptional service to our guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager, ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

Qualifications:
• Hospitality-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Previous experience in a similar position within a comparable restaurant environment, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
• Able to handle difficult situations effectively, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
