Job Responsibilities
As a Validation Engineer at Psc Biotech, your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting validation planning, development, documentation, and execution
2. Ensuring regulatory standards and quality requirements are met
3. Collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues nationally
4. Adapting to different locations, cultures, and work environments
5. Applying problem-solving and analytical skills to approach complex issues and find effective solutions
6. Communicating and collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment

Requirements
• Ability to travel as needed for project assignments and client engagements
• Strong technical background in commissioning, qualification, and validation strategies and protocols in the life sciences/pharma/biotech industries
• Advanced knowledge of risk-based validation approaches, quality management, and regulatory requirements and compliance
• Adaptability and flexibility in a global company with offices in multiple regions
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to approach complex issues and find effective solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for success in a team-oriented environment
• Continuous learning and growth mindset with a thirst for knowledge and commitment to professional growth
