Job Summary

As a Citizen Developer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, designing, and implementing creative solutions to improve processes across Corporate Security. You will work closely with the team to develop and deploy automated solutions using various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, research, and analyze data to inform process improvements.
  • Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, and other development-based sources.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting for reliability and performance.
Requirements:

The successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of software development, data analysis, and process improvement. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration is required. At least two years of related experience and training, including experience in data analytics, development, and/or process improvement and automation are essential.

The following certifications and/or licenses are desirable: Microsoft Power Platform Development Associate Certification, Microsoft Database Administrator Associate Certification, SAS Certified Data Scientist Certification, AWS Certified Developer Certification, CompTIA Security+ Certification(s), Salesforce Certification(s), and Scrum Development Certification.
