- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs.
- 3+ years of direct RN clinical experience in a Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery department.
- 2+ years as a RN Nurse Manager overseeing a Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery department.
- Master's degree in nursing or related field.
- Managerial experience working in a union environment.
