Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Engineer to join our team at Remington Hotels. As a Hotel Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Determine defects and troubleshoot malfunctions to take corrective action.
- Follow departmental procedures to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations efficiently.
- Comply with local, county, state, and federal codes, laws, and requirements.
- Coordinate with other department personnel to complete service, replacement, alteration, and new installation work.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with previous hotel engineering experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen, and general building construction. Vocational training, associate's degree, certification, and/or apprenticeship in one or more area; state certification or licensure where required.
