Heartland Consulting is seeking a seasoned attorney to join our team as a Federal Policy Advisor. This role involves providing expert advice on federal policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:- Interpret and advise on federal policies, including the Stafford Act.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal advice and support for regulatory compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and policies and provide updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of federal policies and regulations, with experience in compliance, regulatory law, or advising on federal and local government matters. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required, along with a valid law license.
