Electrical Systems Supervisor

Aireko Services & Installations is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems for commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- SUPERVISE WORK CREWS: Supervise work crews installing solar photovoltaic systems, electrical equipment manufacturing, and other related tasks.
- ENSURE SAFETY PROGRAM: Develop and maintain a strict safety program to ensure zero accidents in the service department.
- PROMOTE SERVICES: Promote services to achieve and exceed service department revenues and growth.
- COORDINATE PROCUREMENT: Coordinate procurement activities with the parts department to ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
- PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS: Prepare technical specifications for purchases of materials or equipment.
- ESTIMATE COSTS: Estimate labor, material, or construction costs for budget preparation purposes.
- COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS: Prepare and maintain communication with customers regarding work performed to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or electrical engineering preferred.
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Able to estimate and prepare service proposals and contracts, technical evaluations, and deliver technical product presentations.
- Experience in supervision of photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards using drawings, schematics, and instructions.
