About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. As a key member of our doughnut factory team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation throughout our production process.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the 7-step sanitation process to ensure a clean and safe environment for doughnut production
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure effective sanitation
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure cleaning schedules align with equipment maintenance
  • Assist with packing and making doughnuts as needed
  • Keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in food manufacturing or a similar environment with a focus on sanitation
  • Ability to read and perform basic math to document sanitation work
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
  • Dependability and ability to work in a dynamic factory environment
