Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage and process incoming invoices, ensure accurate recording, and reconcile discrepancies between invoices and payments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments, and related documents, ensuring timely and correct payment processing for all vendors and suppliers, and providing regular reports on the status of outstanding invoices and payments.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as experience with QuickBooks. An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or similar field) is required, and previous experience in Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping is essential. Fluency in English is indispensable (both written and spoken).
