Structural Drafting Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Drafting Specialist to join our team at Unipro Architects - Engineers, LLP. As a key member of our structural engineering group, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed structural drawings from engineer's designs.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, as well as experience in producing construction documents and collaborating with other disciplines. About the Role:

• Produce high-quality structural drawings from engineer's designs using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create CADD/REVIT models from architect's design plans and details for use by the structural engineering group.
• Ensure that construction documents are accurately modeled and meet company standards.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines' design changes and model challenges.
• Adhere to CADD/BIM execution plans and project workflow criteria.
• Follow CADD/BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Print drawing sets for professional teams and participate in project reviews.
• Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structural drafting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
• Up-to-date valid Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Drafter License and College of Drafters of Puerto Rico membership.
• Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Computer skills required.
• Self-starter and leadership skills.
• Team working oriented.
• Able to work during non-regular hours.
• Able to work in different locations throughout the Island.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
